When his neighbor drops dead at a Thanksgiving barbecue, Beanie, a local Caribbean news reporter and eyewitness to what turns out to have been a murder, runs with the story and follows up the police investigation with his own in Reporter Roland Bean Cozy Mystery Gobble Gobble Murder. Despite his wife’s protests, Beanie presses on, looking for answers even when a local gang becomes involved and a major suspect is killed. When Beanie discovers the murderer, he almost becomes the next victim. Instead, he lives to arrive home in time for dinner and hugs from his two young sons.
