Also / Too

Certain sets of words in the English language tend to confuse writers. I have found the following to be among them:

ALSO / TOO

One meaning of the word too is also. The problem arises when you use both in the same sentence to mean the same thing:

Incorrect: Also, the completed manuscript is available, too.

Correct: The completed manuscript is also available.

Correct: The completed manuscript is available, too.
