Certain sets of words in the English language tend to confuse people. I have found the following to be among them:
ALSO / TOO
One meaning of the word too is also. The problem arises when both are used in the same sentence to mean the same thing:
INCORRECT: Also, the completed manuscript is available, too.
CORRECT: The completed manuscript is also available.
ALSO CORRECT: The completed manuscript is available, too.
OR: The completed manuscript, too, is available.
